What We Do
We sell handcrafted home and lifestyle products exploring the universal language of patterns and design.
Fabrics from India, Africa and Southeast Asia come together to add rhythm to reupholstered chairs, furnishing and accessories, which Tāla creates using natural materials that are ethically sourced.
Our name originates from the tāla in classical Indian music - a pattern clapped or tapped on one’s arm to measure musical time.
The visual rhythm of each piece tells a story of traditional skills remixed in new compositions to fit modern urban living.
